This disclaimer applies to all users accessing and using the voting features on statspoll.com

1. Voting Rules & Eligibility

– Voting is open to all registered users of Statspoll.com. Each account is limited to 5 votes per day and will reset every 24 hours.

– The voting period will be posted in advance and will let users know about updates regarding dates. Date changes will be decided by Statspoll in its sole discretion.

– Any attempt to manipulate votes through unauthorized means (including but not limited to multiple accounts, automated scripts, or third-party voting services) may result in disqualification of the nominee and suspension of the user’s account.

2. Accuracy & Reliability

– While Statspoll endeavors to ensure accurate vote counting and display, we do not guarantee the absence of technical errors, delays, or interruptions.

– Vote totals are subject to verification and adjustment by Statspoll to maintain the integrity of the competition. Final results will be determined by Statspoll and are binding.

3. Content & Endorsements

– The information provided about nominees (including names, nationalities, and profiles) is for informational purposes only. Statspoll does not endorse any nominee, and all content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

– Trademarks, logos, and images used on the platform are the property of their respective owners and are not intended to imply endorsement by or affiliation with Statspoll.

4. Liability Limitation

– Statspoll, its developers (MLEB SOFTWARE PUBLISHING), and staff shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the voting platform, including but not limited to issues related to vote counting, technical failures, or reliance on competition information.

– Users access and use the platform at their own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

– Statspoll reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer, voting rules, or competition details at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
